1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 466bd platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and 466bd (the "Platform"). 466bd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to players. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are the authoritative version of the agreement. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account at 466bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 466bd enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period that you have voluntarily requested through 466bd or any other gaming platform.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 466bd may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered account on 466bd. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 466bd will close the secondary accounts and may void any winnings associated with gameplay conducted across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for the security of your 466bd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from a family member's mobile wallet — are not permitted and will result in the funds being reversed and your account being reviewed.

• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once are subject to reversal if 466bd reasonably suspects that the deposit was made solely for the purpose of money transfer rather than genuine gaming activity.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 466bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Prior to processing any withdrawal, 466bd may require completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures including government-issued photo ID and proof of address.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 466bd are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, or bingo. In the event of a conflict between a product-specific rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rule shall prevail for matters within its scope, and these Terms & Conditions shall govern all other matters.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 466bd does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a clearly documented technical error on the part of 466bd.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settlement of that bet.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game interruption affecting the outcome of a game or bet, 466bd reserves the right to void the affected round or settle it at the last confirmed state prior to the error, at 466bd's sole discretion.

• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at 466bd staff, other players, or any individual associated with the platform.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 466bd holds its operating licence. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is compliant with applicable laws in their own jurisdiction, including Bangladesh.
